Custom website for a working-class barbershop with an art-school eye. Bold Gothic typography, editorial layout, and a Django-powered storefront managed through Wagtail CMS — giving the shop full content control without touching code.
Built a full video-analysis MVP on an existing Wix site using LLMs and ML libraries, then advised on post-MVP architecture. Migrated the team to builder.io + React to escape Wix, laid the groundwork for a Django/Postgres backend, and wired up automated deployments to AWS Amplify (frontend) and AWS ECS (backend) — leaving the codebase ready for a developer to run with.
